Tech, Tech, and More Tech
Since needs in technology are always changing, there’s no limit to what software we explore and procure. Our Suite of Technology contains an evolving selection of solutions that adapt to the ever-changing eDiscovery landscape. This past quarter, we focused on solutions that will further streamline the review/project management process and technology that adapts to our post-COVID world where remote review is here to stay.
SecureReview, now called SessionGuardian, was brought into the Oasis stack, specifically to bring peace of mind to remote work. We integrated the cybersecurity features of SessionGuardian into purpose-driven Oasis user levels: PrivateSession™, which places a fortified wall around data, so it never leaves the security of the network, and CertainID™, which adds the AI-recognition capabilities of SessionGuardian to ensure that only authorized users have eyes on protected information.
Next, we added the most advanced text analytics and machine learning solution in eDiscovery analytics: Analytics is now available in our Relativity 11 offering. That means all Oasis clients working in Relativity or RelativityOne have the option of using all the integrated analytics tools that come with it: email threading, textual duplication identification, language identification, categorization, continuous active learning, and much more.
Last but not least, we partnered with DiscoveryMaster to provide the ultimate Relativity project management tool. Review managers and project managers will no longer have to spend time analyzing review metrics one project at a time—intuitive, customizable dashboards provide a high-level view of projects across matters and Relativity instances. Completion dates can be forecasted, budgets can be tracked, clients can be given access to view the status of their projects—all securely and efficiently.
