The Senior Applications Administrator (eDisclosure Specialist) is a member of the Oasis Technology Team as a remote employee (Telecommute). The Senior Applications Administrator is a ‘hands-on role’ that requires an individual with a strong technical background, as well as an ability to learn and adapt to advancing technologies. Primary duties include client-facing support on technical aspects of eDiscovery applications. This position may require occasional work on nights and weekends. Travel is not mandatory for this position but may be required on occasion.
The Senior Applications Administrator also assists with monitoring and upkeep of servers, storage systems, and virtual machines, in the support of eDiscovery applications. This individual will work alongside senior team members to provide logistical support, respond to queries, document changes, and assist with testing, assessment, diagnosis, and resolution of service outages and incidents. The Senior Applications Administrator will be empowered during IT planning initiatives to ensure that best practices are incorporated into strategic IT plans and that expectations are clearly defined.
This is a remote role (home-based) with ideal candidates living in the London area. This role will require periodic visits to the corporate data center in Stockley Park (Heathrow Airport area).
