As part of our eDiscovery Unredacted video series<\/a>, John Burchfield, President at Legility<\/a>, and Brandon Law, Oasis CEO, sat down to discuss company culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Culture isn’t a tangible item. Core values aren’t hopeful adjectives. Determining a company’s culture and core values is a “discovery process,” evolving over time. Most importantly, they originate from values we already hold true. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating and upholding culture can be especially difficult when transitioning to a remote work environment. Working from home faces companies and employees with a unique set of challenges that require leadership to adapt. Traditional management will not work in a remote environment, and without culture as a priority, employees begin to feel truly isolated. Core values come from and are part of daily work life, which helps employees feel connected, appreciated, and an important part of a larger vision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
